Shaoxing Lushuo Textile Co.,Ltd is an emerging fabric company that has roots extending back to the 2003s. We are building a brand on top of 20 years of expertise in the textile industry. We are a globally recognized company that has been a leading source of fine knitted fabrics on the global market. As an R&D enterprise, we are continuously developing products and strategies to meet market standards and trends.

Our company was originally established in 2003 as Shaoxing Jiaqi Imp & Exp Co.,Ltd in Shaoxing City. Over the years, we have built a reputation for good customer service, quality materials and superior inspection standards.

In 2019, we established Shaoxing Lushuo textile Co.,Ltd as a new strategic layout for foreign trade to expand beyond our domestic markets. With the new scope of our business model, we carried 20 years of experience, using the same trusted methods, quality, values and principles to provide professionally, meticulously manufactured knitted fabrics.

We prioritize customer satisfaction and innovative knit fabric production. Our high capacity factory contains state of the art equipment that utilizes modern production techniques. We manufacture knitted fabrics that combine functionality and fashion. We have a wide selection of options that you can choose from to customize your fabric needs.

Our quality production standards

We have invested 100 million yuan to build our state of the art factory. Which is a high-capacity knit fabric factory, which is located in Lizhu,Shaoxing. It covers 5,333 square meters and has the capacity to produce 1,000 tons of knitted fabric annually. Our factory is staffed with over 100 expert fabric producers. We currently have over 60 sets knitting machines, 10 dying machines and 4 relaxation dryer machines.

Our production capacity depends on global demands, which we will meet with the utmost priority. Through our company, you will find fine knit fabrics that can also be customized to your desired style upon requisition. We have in-house yarn and fabric experts who are capable of producing a variety of options for customers.

We have incorporated advanced automation technology to improve our productivity, accuracy and efficacy. Our large-scale warehouses are fully automated. We adopted automated equipment and information systems with intelligent central control infusion systems and intelligent dyeing ingredients for seamless operations and intelligent large-scale production.

In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we treat the water that is used at our factory. Our facilities include a large sewage treatment plant for the clearing of wastewater. The manufacturing of fabrics involves water usage in several stages of production, including cleansing and dying. The sewage treatment plant clears the water of chemicals and dyes that are used in our fabric manufacturing process.

Our high quality knitted fabrics

Our current selection includes knitted fabrics created from high-quality, sustainably sourced raw materials. We use modern manufacturing techniques to produce each type of fabric. The factory primarily produces various single jersey fabric, double-jersey fabric, French Terry Fabric, fleece fabric, fleece fabric, rib-knit fabric, and Pique Fabric.
Our fabrics are produced using natural materials such as pure cotton, polyester, rayon, CVC, T/C, T/R, C/R acrylic raw yarn, nylon, stretch frame and more. Our product variety has expanded to over 500 and is used for a variety of knitted garments including household clothing, pajamas, hoodies, kids wear, underwear, school uniform and activewear. Our fabrics undergo a strict inspection to guarantee our customers are receiving the best of international grade fabrics on the market. We have an onsite inspection laboratory to assess the fabric meets quality, function and performance standards. We currently have four certifications of quality which means our fabrics can pass international standards. Garments made with our fabric are freely imported into the South Americal South Africa, East Europ without barrier.

Fabrics can be customized to have properties that are trendy, fashionable and even protective. Our factory is capable of implementing many technologies into the fabrics including UV blocking, antibacterial and wicking technology. Our dying machines are capable of applying a wide selection of premium, vibrant colors. For colorfastness, our fabrics can reach level four and have a high resistance to fading. We also provide brushing treatments for a softer feeling yet still durable fabric.
